Download Batch CSV

Download Batch CSV

You can download your forms in a batch csv, which you can then export to your CRM, booking system, or other database/system that you may use.

To do this please follow the steps:
  1. Go to 'Submitted Forms'.
  2. Click on 'Batch CSV'.
  3. Enter a 'from date' and a 'to date' for the period of time you want to download the forms for.
  4. Choose a user group if you use web user forms.
  5. Choose a specific form version if you have made amendments to your form templates during the period.
  6. Choose to include archived forms or not.
  7. Select the form you want to export the details for.
  8. If you have folders set up you can also select to export from only one folder.
  9. Select the order in which you want the forms to be listed on the csv, as well as the direction.
  10. Choose to export forms of a certain status.
  11. If you select ‘include form status’, the status of the form, i.e. pending approval, pending changes, or complete, will also be included in the csv.
  12. If the form has more than one party you can also select the option to show first and last submitted date.
  13. 'Use current form settings' will use the ‘show in csv’ settings as they are currently set up on the form, rather than how they were when the form was submitted, if they’ve been changed in the meantime. So if the ‘show in csv’ box is unticked on the field (Form Builder > Edit field), it would not be included in the csv. If you tick 'show in csv' then when you are downloading the batch csv you can tick ‘use current form settings’ and that field will now be included.
  14. If you tick ‘use current form fields’ this will output all of the fields on the form, regardless of whether ‘show in csv’ is ticked on the form builder or not.
  15. If you then also tick ‘Output all versions of the form?’ the csv will include all the fields from all the different versions of the form that have been created.
Once downloaded you can directly import the file into your booking system or CRM, or you can import into a spreadsheet such as Google Sheets or Excel to view and manage the data.
