When using the File Upload field on the forms, we recommend that files are zipped/compressed before uploading.
Some examples of occurring errors when files have not been zipped/compressed before uploading are:
"An error message displays when clicking the ‘Submit’ button"
"Files are showing 0 units of data when being downloaded from the submitted form"
"An issue processing the file upload"
Zipping/compressing files before uploading can prevent these errors from happening so we do recommend this is tried first. If the error still occurs when the file has been zipped/compressed then please contact us via support@ipegs.co.uk and we will investigate.
