How do I change the form name?
To change the form name please follow these steps:
- Go to the Form Manager
- Click on the cog next to the form
- Edit Form (pencil icon)
- Change the form name
- Save
You can also change the heading on the form template. To do this please follow these steps:
- Go to the Form Manager
- Click on the cog next to the form
- Form Builder
- Click on 'Edit' next to the heading field
- Change the field name
- Save Changes
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Save' or 'Save and Close'
