This video will show you how to profile map a form template so that it auto-fills when a logged in user completes the form.
To set up profile mapping open up the Form Builder.
Then click on ‘Edit’ next to a field you want to profile map.
In the example I want to profile map a form for an apprentice user so I’ll select 'Apprentice' as the profile type.
Then I need to select the field that we want to map - so I’ll select 'Title', then click on 'Save Changes'.
Then I’ll do the same thing for the rest of the fields. Any fields that aren’t profile mapped can simply be completed when the user is filling out the form.
Once you’re finished make sure you save the template.
The information that will auto-fill can be seen and edited via the User Manager.
