This video highlights the main updates made to the Apprenticeship Enrolment Form template for the 2022/23 academic year. This includes the Training Plan and Apprenticeship Agreement.
Main differences:
- Previous Highest Qualification list values have been updated
- Privacy Notice has been updated
- Off-the-Job calculation has been updated as per ESFA guidelines - No longer based on 20% - Now based on 6 hours per working week of apprenticeship
- New calculation fields based on Recognition of Prior Learning - You can now use the form to calculate reduced OTJ hours, reduced programme length and the price reduction based on the % of RPL
- Funding and Fees section has been updated
- Commitment Statement has been renamed to Training Plan throughout
- Sections within the Training Plan have been updated and moved around - Includes two new sections: RPL and Provider Policy Checklist
- Apprenticeship Agreement - Includes details of RPL if applicable
- You may also notice that some fields have been moved up or down the form and it has had a general tidy up in regards to wording and formatting of some fields to make it more user friendly and mobile optimised
