How do I access the form to complete and submit?
When you are sent a form to complete you will receive an email similar to the one below.
To access and complete the form you will need to click on the link highlighted by the green box. This will open up the form in your internet browser so you can complete and submit. If you are required to log in before completing the form the link will take you directly to the login page. Once you have logged in you can click on the link again and the form will open for you to complete and submit.
The link highlighted by the red box is for requesting changes to the form. If you click on this link you can select the fields that need changing and request the changes from the form owner.
You will not be able to complete the form by clicking on the request changes link (red), you need to click on the link to complete the form (green).
