Anonymous Email Field

After logging into your account, go to Form Manager;

Click on the Settings cog on the right hand side of the form you want to adjust the setting for;

On the email field that you have created click on Edit;

Scroll down and click on 'Advanced' which will open a list of options;

Tick the field that is named 'Anonymous Email Field' this will remove the confirmation email field at the bottom of your form.
