How to Request a Change to a submitted form

If a mistake has been made to a submitted form you can Request a Change to the user who submitted the form.

Click on the Submitted Forms tab;



Click on the settings cog next to the form name and select the last option to request changes;



Choose the user who needs to make the change, click Next;



Select the boxes of the fields you would like the user to change;



You have the ability at the bottom of the page to describe the changes you are requesting to the user, following this select Send;



The original user who completed those fields will be sent an email with a link to the web form where he/she will be able to update the selected fields which will be highlighted in Yellow. Once they make the changes and submit the form status will change for Pending Changes to Complete.
